Body in White
Simulation Designs has become a leading supplier of parts for ‘Body in white’ i.e. referred to as parts for machines used in building the automotive body panels.
We have supplied several thousand parts of hundreds of varieties for our French customer. These are also made in a short time frame of 4-8 weeks. Our parts for ‘Body in white’, are structural elements such as precision brackets, holding items, etc. We have also made items for holding the body panels- which matches the body contour. Also we have made several different kinds of items for assembly machines such as gears and other motion mechanisms.
Press Tools
We have designed, developed and manufactured press tools for blanking, bending, forming and punching of various kinds of seating components for the automotive industry. These range from small hand tools for blanking to large tools 1.2 meters x 0.8 meters for sheet forming.
