Simulation Designs is a leading provider of components and assemblies for Aircraft parts manufacturing. We specialize in low volume machining of parts and also long term production quantities, for commercial aircraft manufacturers through Tier I ,II assembly integrators.

Simulation Designs utilizes state of the art Unigraphics NX design software to create digital product information; and can manage and control processes such as design review and manufacturing process change.

Tooling - Jigs / Fixtures

Simulation Designs can help your company with tooling requirements for aircraft both in terms of Jigs/Fixtures for aircraft subassemblies as well as design and manufacture of forging tools for engine components, manufacture of aluminum tools for aerospace grade investment castings , etc.

We have manufactured production dies for aerospace forgings and casting. Our in-house facility from Design to manufacturing provides shorter production time while maintaining the highest quality possible. Our experienced engineers using Unigraphics NX design software construct the blanking dies, upseting dies and forming dies. Then in-process component drawings and NC code is generated. This helps in better control over manufacturing and therefore tools are produced faster with fewer errors.
